A fully qualified instructor can take you through the basics right through to advanced movements to achieve your goals whatever your needs or finess levels as all exercises can be modifed and tailored to your needs.

Pilates is all about precision movements to change the way your body moves, to change it's performance or how it feels, so individual attention is the best way to achieve this. Its easy to get lost in a big class and do the exercises wrong, not getting the full benefit or to potentially hurt yourself especially if you already have an injury. Doing the right movements that are specific and modified to your needs and avoiding ones that will aggrevate your body is the way forward.
